An oil filter exclusively for Subaru horizontally opposed engines with improved filtration accuracy while maintaining pressure loss. The filter filtration accuracy is set exclusively for Subaru, with an optimal balance between pressure loss and filtration performance. A high-strength punching plate is used inside the filter to maintain stable filtration performance even with high-viscosity oil or high oil pressure during sports driving. The anti-drain valve (check valve) and body packing (mounting surface gasket) are made of nitrile rubber, which has excellent resistance to low temperatures and oil, to prevent oil leaks and seepage. By using it together with the ZERO SP engine oil series, it is possible to further enhance the performance of Subaru horizontally opposed engines.
With any oil change, we recommend a new filter and a new crush gasket for the drain plug.
